Sesame is a seasonal crop procured from different parts of the country, and the prices fluctuate season–wise. Still, we donot store it in large quantities in godowns, in order to avoid the use of preservative chemical spray. Instant usage of stock before it loses its freshness paves the way for dispatching the best quality oil to our customers.
Sesame oil, on the other hand, is remarkably stable and can be stored for a long time even in hot climate without turning rancid.
